The Safeblade 2 System is the tool of choice for the Professional Insulation Engineer and is accepted as the best practice insulation cutting solution around the world.
The System includes:
Large 10" Safeblade Knife - Sharp, long, serrated steel blade easily cuts through insulation products. Rounded tip prevents stabbing injuries. An etched scale on the blade (in centimetres) speeds up workflow and increases accuracy. Robust grip is comfortable with forward finger protection. Built in a steel ring for attachment of a lanyard when required.
Small 5" Safeblade Knife - Developed for smaller, more detailed cutting and shaping.
Safety Holster - Funnel-necked, easily located holster for safe stowing of knives when not in use. The locking device within the holster safely grips the knives in the holster until required.
Belt - Attach the whole system quickly, comfortably, and safely.
**Please note the correct way to thread the belt through the holster, as shown in the picture. This helps prevent damage to the outer edges of the holster.

Lanyard - Adds an extra layer of safety, particularly when working at height.
Gloves - Our Safeblade Cut Resistant Level 5 Hand Protection Gloves must be used at all times whilst cutting material to avoid injury.
